1. Corresponding clamps shall be replaced according to the rebar diameter.
2. Check and confirm that the mold and the center punch are free of cracks, correct the concentricity of the upper and lower molds and the center punch, tighten the bolts of each part, and take safety precautions.
3. After startup, it shall be idling first, adjust the tightness of upper and lower dies, align the punch die for heading check, and operate after confirming that it is normal.
4. When the machine does not reach the normal speed, the head shall not be upset. When the size of the upsetting head is uneven, the clearance between the punch and the fixture shall be adjusted in time. The punch and guide block shall be lubricated enough.
5. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to replace the shaft core, pin, change the angle and speed regulation, or clean and oil.
6. It is strictly forbidden to bend the rebar with the diameter exceeding the specified diameter on the mechanical nameplate. Protective glasses shall be worn when bending steel bars that have not been cold drawn or have rust skin.
7. When bending high-strength or low-alloy reinforcement, the maximum allowable diameter shall be converted according to the mechanical nameplate and the corresponding mandrel shall be replaced.
No one is allowed to stand within the working radius of bending reinforcement and the side of the machine body without fixing pin. The bent semi-finished products shall be stacked neatly, and the hooks shall not be upward.
