The brake oil pipe is broken or the oil pipe joint leaks oil, reducing the amount and pressure of brake fluid entering the brake cylinder. Check the brake air pressure, eliminate the fault of low brake air pressure, and ensure that the brake air pressure is 0.45-0.70Mpa.

4. Step down the brake pedal, the pedal position is very low, and the pedal gradually rises when you continue to step on the pedal, but you feel that the brake pedal is weak and the braking effect is not good, indicating that there is air in the brake system, which should be eliminated. The high-pressure gas generated by the cold heading machine driven by the engine enters the air reservoir after passing through the oil-water separator and the air pressure regulator. When the brake pedal is depressed, the high-pressure gas enters the air brake valve from the air reservoir, and then enters the air booster pump group. The afterburner cylinder is driven after generating a large pressure through the afterburner cylinder. The brake fluid at the other end enters the caliper disc brake of each wheel through the oil pipe to push the piston to clamp the brake disc, so as to brake the wheel.

5. When the brake pedal is lifted, the piston in the air brake valve cuts off the high-pressure gas channel, and at the same time, the gas in the valve is connected to the atmosphere. The afterburner pump set returns under the action of spring force to reduce the brake fluid pressure in the brake pipeline, thus releasing the braking of wheels.
